These are so concentrated, you only need half a teaspoon. I have them with Lions Mane from the same company, and they really do make a difference. Found this pleasing to drink added to decaf coffee.. which I think it inhanced my coffee. Felt more energised with out the caffeine buss. Will be buying again.

Buy tremela power and wonder why it smelled just like normal mushrooms, well this one needs concentrated and extracted well so it tastes like a rice pudding flavour which this one contains, time health had one which tasted just as good but they stopped, another brand is on amazon but so far all I can say is this is a great tasting product you dont wanna use lots of in a protein shake, vanilla yellow split pea and stevia, monk fruit and Thaumatin and also inulin for natural sweeteners which wont destroy your gut microbiome like sucralose does. I focus on not using anything which induces glucolysis so my cells are under less stess then i have some sugars again but yeah, im into logevity, final year bio chemisty student but studying pharmacology and medicine since I was 17 but like just for me, I never did chemistry in high school so I could do IT or brick laying but at 27 I found out I could do school again so like all my studying might have an end goal of saving lives through the masters I wanna do in drug discovery. Please excuse my Dyselxia and not not tasteless as too equate my English ability and my identic memory and passion for science.

I can not believe that this product still is sale. This product needs to be removed. I was sick all night when I took it and night. It was a nightmare.

saw no difference or benefit of taking this supplement everyday in my smoothie.
