There is a duaa mat reads, you can learn that and add your own duaas. It’s always good what comes from your heart. There are lots of duas with English translation for all sort of occasions , situations you can YouTube or google them. Duaa usually been read after the all prayers but it’s good to read in between farz and sunnats ( after farz/obligated prayers).
