Unclear proper use
Okay, first off, this thing is creepy looking. It reminds me of something from the original Aliens movie, like an embryonic alien that might come popping out of some guy's chest in the cafeteria.... Secondly, there were absolutely no instructions, it's not very clear exactly how you use it. Looking at the pictures it seems straightforward that it goes on your upper back and lower cervical area, however, also looking at the pictures, it appears the big bumps go on the outside not the inside. I had assumed the big bumps go on the inside and trying it that way it really hurt. Isn't it the bumps that hit the pressure points? Either way, for me, this thing is really uncomfortable & creepy. I don't see how it's going to be beneficial especially with no proper instructions.

Didn’t do much
This didn’t really help me much. I don’t know how long you’re supposed to lay on it or how often, but it becomes uncomfortable after a short time.

Too confusing
Solid-made construction that should last forever, but I couldn't get it to work. Perhaps a physical therapist should oversee its use.
