Great hat, runs big. My only gripe is a little bit of glue showing from the leather band. Was a tight fit at first but loosened up after a few wears.

The hat was of great quality and definitely looked wonderful. Sadly my hat came defective and the inseam was ripped, the seller was just a distributor and refunded me my money spent regardless, and the process was fast and easy. Definitely great customer service gets this a 5 stars.

I'll start by saying I've always wanted a Stetson. My husband got this for me as an early Christmas gift. Hat is just what I wanted. Perfect color, shape, and fit. I've been wearing it almost every day since received in November.I would have given 5 stars but the stitching on the inside headband is just unraveling. See attached photos. I've tried to tie it off to no avail. I'm hoping it will eventually stop. We live 100% off grid with a 3 hour 1 way trip to nearest UPS store so not worth 6 hours of my day and a tank of gas to return.
