It is made from animal bones, cartilage, and skinThis DRAGON Coconut Jelly Powder is a cross between the two. Made from a similar seaweed like agar-agar but different. It uses cartilage seaweed (Kappaphycus alvarezii syn. K. cottonii). Texture is bouncy/flexible but still kinda firm.I love it. Awesome with a mix of fruit juice or coffee.

It’s amazing!
It’s perfect making jello like real young coconut smell, taste and texture. If I put a blond fold on you, you cant tell the difference except its perfect than real young coconut.

The nutrition is fine.
The serving size nutritional label is for 100 grams. Each satchet is only 10 grams. So the label is for if you ate all ten satchets in one sitting. Odds are, you won't even eat one entire satchet. So divide. Probably only 4% of daily allowance consumed.
