Lies Women Believe: And the Truth that Sets Them Free Paperback – April 5, 2022

My wife and several women in our church have read this book and love it. This is a great book for women on God, the Bible, and faith.

Love this book I’m only 60 pages in, but it’s amazing. I would advise everyone to try to read it. It’s got a lot of good value prints in it.

Great Bible study resource

Biblical Truth faces off with the lies of our day, often things we have been repeating to ourselves and other women in our lives since we were little girls. I thoroughly e joyed reading, reflecting, praying, and discussing my way through this book with a group of friends. I have highly recommended this book to others!

Love this book! My favorite Bible study so far

I read this book twice. One time by myself and one time with a group of other ladies. We all felt that the book was JAMMED-PACKED full of thought-provoking topics. The book came on strong and stayed at that rate through-out the whole book. I have seen ladies go to God willing to hear from His perspective and open to walk in obedience. I wish this book was divided into levels of relationship with God. I saw how young faith-walkers could get turned off and at times because it was too much to swallow at one time (even for 12 weeks).I gave this book a 4-star rating because at times the tone of the book seemed "judgey". I don't think that she means it. I also felt that a few of the supporting scriptures were used out of context to get her point across. My suggestion is for ANY book, preacher, or speaker that you are entertaining, read the scriptures for yourself (go back a few scriptures and forward some as well) to see what the context is referring to. Then take the issue to God. I also reminded the ladies and myself that this book should not be seen as the "truth", but as a resource to start a conversation between the lady and God. This approach sat well with individuals and created an invitation to grow and continue reading.
