There aren’t really any diving masks on the market at the moment that hold a candle to the Quantum when it comes to Cressi’s anti-fog technology, it really does work marvellously well and the first time your wear one your blown away by how good it is!The overall quality of everything is very good indeed. Both the mask and snorkel are well-made, they use good quality materials and they’re finished to a high standard throughout.The mask fits well over my face and feels quite comfortable to wear. it’s also super easy to adjust and get the perfect fitment.I go snorkelling 3-4 times a year and my first trip isn’t till May, but I do have a friend with an indoor pool, so I gave it a try there to see how it well it works, and it’s a very impressive kit. So many companies claim to have anti-fog masks, but they never seem to work well, this Naxos mask truly is. Not only do you get a sort of heatsink above your eyes to help regulate temperature inside the goggles but the hot air you exhale along with the moisture is kept away from the lenses helping it to stay clear.The Itaca snorkel is another excellent product, I really like the ergonomic mouthpiece which is comfortable to use and the fact its angled helps reduce jaw tiredness. You can quickly expel unwanted water using the purge valve and the adjustable clip keeps it securely attached to the mask.I gave the mask a good clean with some washing up liquid and a used, but soft kitchen sponge. I don’t believe they are treated with chemicals but it’s always good practice to give masks a clean before using them.Overall, I’m a big fan of Cressi and this Quantum/Itaca kit continues my enthusiasm for their products as they work brilliantly. If you can get them both for around £100 then I feel it represents good value for money for what you are getting. It’s a product I’m more than happy to recommend and I feel its easily worth the full five stars, buy with total confidence!

I bought my original Cressi mask and snorkel around 10yrs ago and had no complaints. However, now having now upgraded to this, it fits more comfortably and snug - due to softer louvered silicone around the face and also is far less likely to fog/mist. The changes in the snorkel are less dramatic, but nice to now have a float activated shut off to help prevent water ingress when under the surface.

Mask doesn’t fit correctly. How can I swap this item for a smaller size?

Not sure who's at fault here, but both the mask and the snorkel came dirty and the carry bag is sticky as if it had a sticker removed.

I've been diving and snorkelling for years and Cressi have been my main go to vendor when it comes to a lot of their equipment especially masks so when I had the opportunity to order this Quantum and Itaca Combo set I jumped at it and I certainly haven't been disappointed.Firstly when I received them I was impressed by the quality of the materials used and the overall look, feel and comfort when I'd adjusted the straps and tried them on. The mask is easy to adjust, fits really well and the skirt made from soft silicone provides a really good seal. The only thing I'm not keen on is the bag they come in and whilst it is somewhere you can store them it's not great but if you're a regular user you'll probably have better kit bags to store and carry them and I also personally prefer hard cases for my masks.I recently got to try them out in earnest and I must say they performed really well, especially from an anti fogging perspective as this mask really does a good job of staying clear throughout use, of course I do perform the essential spit and rinse on the lenses before use but afterwards they were perfect. Throughout use the seal worked well and the mask was extremely comfortable. The large "bug eyed" lenses also give a great field of view.The Itaca snorkel is also quite impressive and the dry guard seal works quite well in sealing the tube once you submerge and the purge valve is good for getting rid of any water that does get in. The clip is easy to attach to the mask and the flexible lower part of the tube makes it easy to stay out of the way when not in use during a dive.Overall I'm quite impressed with this set and it's a great addition to my kit. Highly recommended
