Easy to take and noticeable improvements after a few weeks.
The capsules are easy to swallow, with no foul taste or odor. It's a two month supply at a good price. I've noticed subtle improvements in mood; and I'm hopeful it will boost immunity, among other things, as it states on the label. The only problem was at first, it made me a little jittery, but everyone is different. I would order again. Best mushroom caps so far.
Did some research and found these had the most milligrams of all the mushroom ingredients I was looking for and then some. I read that reishi kills viruses in your system and definitely wanted Chaga for its ultra immune and antioxidant potency.

It's works over time!
It's pretty good! Easy on the stomach. It took about 10 days before I started to notice a difference but when it kicked in I was good to go with placing another order. It requires a lot of water so definitely stay hydrated!
