The robot was broken and malfunctioning. The seller approved the return, but did not refund me the full price. The seller will not communicate with buyers. Stay away from this seller!

Alittle slow, but fun
I got this for my 2-year old's birthday, and he is in love! It is hard for him to use both hands to control it, so I'm thankful it has a remote for my husband and I to help him! We took it on a walk and probably won't do that again, unless he steers lol it was just a pain trying to go against him pushing the buttons on the tops of the handles. We have yet to turn it into a Segway, but I'm hoping he loves it just as much! My favorite thing about this, is probably how it can grow with him, so I'm not spending tons on different battery-operated toys for him!

Does not properly functions
I love the item but the fact we do not get the full effect of it makes me not like it so much. It moved but the lights and music does not work and has not worked since we opened it on Christmas

Great Idea but not a sturdy product and not supported under warrenty
I gave this to my granddaughter for her birthday, the control button stuck the same day it was given to her. Due to the time in between the purchase and the gift giving I had to contact the manufacture. I was told I could get a refund to purchase a new as long as I payed the cost of the shipping, Sound great except I cost of shipping exceeds the product by $30.00, Many, many, many e-mail they just do not understand why I do not want to spent $190.00 to ship an item that cost $169.00. Save your money, shop and other brand that backs their products.

The media could not be loaded. So far no issues she rides it daily watches you tube in it sometimes even let her babies ride
