these are NOT Refurbished. Used and came with scratches and a big crack next to the keyboard.

Where's my touchscreen!?!?!
Everything seemed fine until I touched the screen. I paid significantly more for this computer than similar Amazon listings because the ad says touchscreen in several places. It does not have a touchscreen!

1 year later and it's already needed to be sent in for repairs. lets hope they can fix it.
