It works.
I know there is a lot of questions about fit. I have a regular run of the mill toothbrush and a Sonic Care tooth brush and it fits with both. The only issue I had was the first one wouldn't turn on unless I applied a great amount of force to the case. I'm pretty sure it would end up breaking sooner or later. The replace works a lot better.

Purchased twice, would buy again
My husband bought a few of these just over a year ago, and I just reordered another. Pros: - Very easy to use. The magnet allows it to hang on our vanity over the sink. - Fits standard toothbrushes as well as the electric spin brush my husband uses - When new, holds a charge for a long time - Easy to tell when it needs to be recharged - Device seems to work for at least a year Cons: - The rubber part that secures the stem of the toothbrush can hold a bit of water inside the device, so you may want to shake or wipe water off of the head of the toothbrush before inserting it. - The device does not need to be charged often, but it does need to be plugged in to recharge it. Using batteries would be easier, but that would mean the device would need to be bigger, so it seems to be a reasonable trade-off - When my device finally died after over a year of use, I ordered another one. The new one would not hold a charge, so I requested a replacement. The replacement seems to work well so far. It seems like a few other folks have had a similar issue, so I'd recommend trying out the device as soon as you receive it so that you can return it, if needed, within the return timeframe.

Love This Bril Sanitizer - Keeps Our Brushes Clean & Off the Counter!
My husband and I each got one of these Bril UV-C toothbrush sanitizers, and we’re really happy with them so far. We wanted something to cover our brushes on the vanity instead of leaving them out, and were pleasantly surprised it also has UV light to sanitize after brushing, it feels like extra protection in a bathroom that’s full of germs! It’s super easy: Pop the brush in after use, close it, and it runs the UV cycle automatically (quick 3 minutes or so). The magnetic mounts are a game-changer, we stuck them right on our mirror, so the brushes stay upright and out of the way but easy to grab. We use them every day, and charging is no hassle, just plug in every couple weeks or when needed. Only tiny thing: Depending on the toothbrush head size/shape, there’s sometimes a small gap when closed, but it’s not a deal-breaker at all, the UV still works fine, and it holds securely. Great price for something practical we actually use daily. Highly recommend if you want cleaner, more organized bathroom.

Protect and sanitize.
I like this. A little expensive, but covers the toothbrush and keeps it sanitized.

Microbiologist here: I’m not impressed.
Pros: It’s a nice design and fits my Nimbus toothbrush. It holds a charge for a long time, as I’ve had it nearly two months and only charged it once after the initial charge. Now, does it kill bacteria? They say yes but offer no proof. Luckily, I’m a microbiologist and this is easy to test. With gloves and after disinfecting the area, I wetted my toothbrush and sprayed it on a supportive media (bacteria food) in a Petri dish that will let bacteria grow. I then ran the full UV cycle, rewetted it, and sprayed a new plate. I grew these overnight in a lab incubator at human body temp so that bacteria that like to live in the mouth would grow if they’re there. The left plate is before UV. The right is after. Not much different. A little less, but certainly not what the manufacturers claim and not what I think most of us were hoping for. Note that this is the same kind of growth you would get from your spit or a swab of your skin, so nothing to worry about, but the number of bacteria is not being substantially reduced. The UV light does not seem strong enough to disinfect. It’s an expensive, nice-looking cover that will protect your toothbrush from particles floating around from other bathroom activities, but it is NOT disinfecting the toothbrush to any real degree. It may help dry your toothbrush a bit faster, and drying and covering your toothbrush, plus changing it every 1-2 months, is generally enough to keep you safe from the bad bacteria. Unless you like the look enough to spend this much on a toothbrush cover, I would pass. Note for my bacteria nerds: this is my tap water, which I have previously cultured and is not the source of the colonies. Plain LB plates handled with nitrile gloves and surrounding surfaces cleaned with isopropanol 70%. Plates opened upside down and toothbrush sprayed up to reduce ambient air contamination. I had been out of the apartment for 8 hours so air contaminants had largely settled. I poured these plates myself aseptically (Luria-Bertani) and transported them in a clean plastic bag to my apartment and back to the lab five minutes away. Incubated aerobically at 37oC overnight and photographed. Didn’t stain them but likely largely Pseudomonas and other G- commensals based on the appearance, imo. Fun experiment but disappointing purchase.

Great product. Easy to use. I took it with me when I went away for a week. Haven’t needed to recharge it, still going strong. I really like knowing I can keep my toothbrush clean

I bought two and they both completely stopped working within a few months. One works if it’s connected to the wall the other one won’t even charge. It’s not a cheap item, shouldn’t stop working this early on
