Original post was 1 star. The company was very gracious and I decided to give the pants a second chance. The material is thin and there is an extra inside layer of material, I guess to better hide the unmentionables. I thought it felt kinda like a diaper, but you know….its not that bad. Adds warmth. FTR: I didn’t accept a refund or replacement or anything. Just was pleased by the company’s effort to make it right.

EDIT: Seller was very kind and issued a refund. So disappointed these are so cute but the ankles are way too tight they don’t even go up my calf and I have an athletic build. Can’t wear as a jumper which was the whole point of my getting them. If you are super skinny you can probably use as jumper!

This brand is the closest to genuine Thai/Cambodian pants of this style you'll find. Other brands/sellers use the wrong fabric (too stretchy, lycra types) or wrong proportions (butt area too large) but these pants are fine. Fabric is thicker than you'd find in original countries and they add a cover thingy for your crotch but they're better than alright, just not 100% genuine style/materials but definitely better than most (tried 4 different brands/sellers since last year, this is the only pair I didn't return)

I ordered your Bangkok harem style pans. I love the style but there are 2 major flaws in the way they made. 1.They are advertised the way that you can pull them up to your chest and over your boobs. It is not the main reason why I bought them, but I still would like to provide a feedback. I am 150 lbs, 5.7 tall and I was not able to do that. Because it would not pull up my caves . This pants are so tight around the bottom of my legs that I can’t even go halfway up.. But as I said that was not the reason why I bought the pants, I just really like the look of them. 2. This flaw is more major and pretty much a deal breaker for me. I do love the material, and I love how thin these pants are and I don’t mind that it’s see-through at all. But why in the world the inside material is the different color from the pants?! My pants are black and the under skirt is white. And because the pants material is see-through everyone can see the white under skirt. That would be fine if it was black, but it’s white and you can see that it’s white. And it’s so much more noticeable during yoga practice in a well-lit room than it is in my picture. That’s to me is just not putting enough consideration and care into making a quality product. So please please please make the under skirts the same color as the rest of the pants. The way it is right now males it look very silly and cheap
