Came across this just browsing,and wasn't even looking to change my panels but really liked the idea of a colour change for the ps5. The panels are well vented as well and fit just as easy as the originals. I bought black but may get another colour as well. Probably got this six months ago and no complaints here the ps5 looks great in black.

The white panels on the ps5 look horrible imo and clash with everything I have. So these were the first accessory I bought for my news ps5. They fit perfectly and feel awesome quality. You have to be careful with anything that claims to help keep a console cooler. The fans you can attach can actually cause over heating as they can result in warm air being blown back into the console. These panels however can only help. The vents are a great idea and actually look good. They will either help with cooling or make no difference whatsoever. But they certainly won't make anything worse.My opinion is they will help. Sinse having them on I've definitely noticed my PS5 is quieter.Anyways, they look great, fit great and are great quality! Perfect👌

After buying a new PS5 the first thing i did was to find some new face plates to replace the original ones. I never liked the look of the PS5 and the white face plates really jarred with my other items of equipment.These new face plates are significantly better looking with the softer rounded edges helping decrease the size and provide a clean line following the inner profile, its really classy looking. I bought the black plates and they are fantastic. Having the grille for airflow is a good idea and my PS5 never feels hot to touch, you can feel the air being pushed out of the machine, all in all I'm very impressed.The only minor consideration is that when i tried to install the disc drive plate i really had push quite hard on the bottom section to get the plate to click in to position, at first i thought the plates were defective but i just needed to apply a bit more force than the original plates to get them in place.I highly recommend these plates, its transformed the machine in to something im happy to have on show rather than hiding it behind the tv.

Just put them on today so not a long term review.Excellent so far. They’re a lovely subtle matte finish, and were very easy to connect. The original PS5 base stand also clipped on and fitted nicely too.Seem a good sturdy material, similar to that of the original. Also makes the whole console just seem a bit slimmer, smaller.Overall excellent so far. Will update if anything changes over time. 27/12/23

They look good, very sleek. May provide extra cooling but not sure wether it does or not yet. Look a lot better as they curve round with the console instead of looking like an unfolded collar on the original. The only thing that worries me is that they don’t *click* in as well or robust as the original plates, there was no clock feedback but they seem to be on and in place and seem solid. Just hope they don’t fall off and break my PS5 if they’re not engaged properly. Maybe I got a defective batch? They’re fitted tho, don’t seem like they’ll budge and look good so all good as of yet.

Great quality PS5 plates, value for money especially compared to the official plates from Sony. They're easy to put on and function exactly the same as the originals. They even have grilles for improved airflow.

Highly recommend...after hour of playing the console never overheats
