Wondering the same thing.. 99% of all humans on earth already have the C8 (PFOA < along with PTFE) in our system.. but we can avoid anymore contamination if you decline to ever use non-stick pans that use those chemicals.. To all consumers, please know that this chemical C8 has contaminated nearly every human being om the planet, it does not degrade even in death.. its very slow.. like radiation. Its also passed down to offspring. It will take a few generations for it to finally be undetectable.. as long as you necer yse that product again your great-granchildren will have no trace of it. DuPont poisoned us, but we know now not to use those products. Also stay away from NON-SPILL products.. this coating is put on couches, car seats, even walls.. these products distrupt the hormonal balance specifically YOUNG MALES and causes lower levels of testosterone as they develop.

Q: I purchased a brand new pot and pan set. I did initial wash and noticed a lot of scratches on the outside. Was yours like mine?

I bought a whole set and they are all scratched. It’s supposed to be dishwasher and oven safe. The coating is coming off the edges also. I’m looking for a way to contact them but not having much luck. I also cannot seem to get to the Manufacturer’s warranty🤷♀️ Here I go again, just trying to get what they said I was getting. Lifetime warranty. I’ll see what kind of hoops I have to jump through. So, yes, you are not alone. My pans have all scratched and I very RARELY use metal utensils. Good luck with yours.
