Can you connect a microphone to it so that the headphone users can hear you?

I believe that a microphone output would need to be boosted by going through a pre-amplifier stage, as the microphone will not have enough power.

Can you make it so it can play music on different sides like a silent disco? So you could have 2 on one song and 2 on another.i hope that makes sense

There is only one common audio source input. All headphones connected to the transmitter will receive the same audio.

Can u charge up the transmitter so it works without a having to plug it in when outside? How long does that charge last?

The transmitter contains no battery but has a micro USB for a 5V power source. I plug mine straight into a projector USB port, but it would work equally well with a small portable USB a power bank like you’d use for charging a mobile phone.
