I buy these over and over. I have bad insomnia, prescription meds led to having nightmares and groggy the next day. These are very helpful. Taste good. Just make sure that you turn off electronics and lights. I personally like to fall asleep with the T.V on and I still fall asleep.I very much recommend this product.
