For those mixing protein with banana in a blender - the taste is very acceptable, no significant differences between the shred and regular one. It serves purpose.

The jar is 3 times bigger then the amount of product.
I don’t know why this was done, but the jar is three times larger than the amount of product. An unwise marketing move? A filling error? Either way, it looks like deception that wasn’t necessary.

Worked well for me
During 2 months of taking, it has helped strength and muscle growth. A likely reason of the effect is creatine content (2.5g in a scoop) Nevertheless, cannot give 5 stars cause the taste really sucks. It is also harder do dissolve in water compared to whey protein. Shaker bottle is a must.

This is one of the best proteins, its not heavy on your stomach since its not whey based. Chocolate has a great taste mixed with water or milk, you can make great smoothies. Easy to mix and no lumps. Great protein to serve ratio compared to other brands and this is one of the best brands in the market. Shipping was super fast with prime, always delivered on time.
