Q: This product looks amazing but it doesn't say what it does specifically...What does this product DO? Aaaand, can i mix it in with my protein shakes?TY

We mix it in with muffin, pancake or waffle mix. We also put it in smoothies, and.... mix it with oj, stir and chug each morning if not mixed in with the other items I mentioned. My family of 4 has a serving daily and we've all avoided getting sick despite 1/3 of my daughter's 1st grade class being out with the stomach bug and a ton of 10th grade kids out with bronchitis. My hubby wouldn't drink or eat this stuff until he got a bad cold and I suggested he give it a try. He had 2 servings/day and was feeling a lot better by the next day. Coincidence, perhaps, but his 11 day cold got a lot better the very next day after drinking this stuff.

Yes it does-naturally occuring. I forgot about that and drank it at night-and ended up having a panic attack. I still drink it; just not late at night.
