Highly recommend!
I don’t often gush about a vitamin, but these are great. I’ve been taking these for about a year and a half since I’m still breastfeeding. I started taking these a couple months postpartum, I had been taking Rituals prenatal formula for my entire pregnancy. While taking these, I’m rarely ever sick. I have 3 kids who are always bringing a new virus in the house and I might catch 1 or 2 colds a year. I feel great and have plenty of energy. These are easy to take, but I recommend taking them before bed since they do have a fishy aftertaste that I notice if I burp (gross, I know). I love their fresh mint and citrus flavors, I think that really sets them apart from other pre/postnatal vitamin brands. Overall, I’m super pleased with the quality of ingredients in Ritual’s products, and will be switching to their women’s formula after my little guy is weaned.

Excellent postpartum vitamin
Loving it. It tastes really good. Tried the lemon and also the mint favor. I have actually subscribed for it now. The only thing that I dont like is that sometimes a burp “fishy” taste because of it. However, I am still taking it. I feel like is helping me to replace vitamin lost on breastfeeding.

Very Pleased with this postnatal vitamin!
I was a little hesitant to try Ritual postnatal vitamins after reading some mixed reviews, but I really liked the clean ingredients and that they use folate instead of folic acid, so I decided to give them a try. I was especially worried about people mentioning a fishy taste, burps, or stomach issues—but I’m happy to say I haven’t experienced any of that. They’ve been very easy on my stomach, and I can take them any time of day, with or without food. I also feel like they may be helping with my postnatal hair shedding, which has been a nice bonus. I’ve been taking them for several weeks while exclusively breastfeeding and haven’t noticed any drop in my milk supply. The only thing I’d change is having a scent-free option. Overall, I’m really happy with these and plan to keep taking them until I wean.

Great
After using some prenatals and postnatal from Costco, I realized there are so many other types out there that are better. First of all, pill size. These are not too big so it’s easier to swallow. The only thing is you have to take 2. But it’s not as bad because they’re not as big as the ones I used to take. There is a hint of flavor. It is a minty flavor which is kind of weird; makes me think of swallowing toothpaste. But it’s better than tasting a fishy odor, which the other pills alert giving off. Also, this is a monthly supply. Which can be pricey. But it tastes better and is more comfortable. I’ve been using this for a while now and have a subscription to refill.

Disgusting after taste
These supplements are too expensive for how they taste. Even 12-14 hours after consuming these your burp is going to taste like a disgusting mix of mint and fish…even writing about it makes me nauseous. Don’t waste your money on these fancy things. Just buy regular prenatals and take omega 3 supplements separately. There are quality and budget-friendly brands out there.

Love the subscription option!
I bought these after using Ritual’s Prenatal vitamins. They were a great and easy way to just continue getting the vitamins I needed in postpartum. I’ve been using these for 6 months and plan to continue using them for another 6 months. I’ve noticed that my hair didn’t have too much loss during PP. My nails have been very strong and my skin looks great! The subscription makes it so easy to never run out, too. I really love the minty flavor! They are easy to swallow and not too large. The only drawback is that I have to take them at night because I occasionally taste the fish oil if I take them in the morning.

Overall Best Vitamin
I definitely notice a positive difference in my physical as well as mental health taking this vitamin. They are a bit pricey, but it’s worth it. I do notice sometimes they cause me to have some nasty burps, but overall a great multivitamin.
