If you enjoy playing Legos this is the thing for you. It was very enjoyable to put together. No words everything is in pictures and you just need to follow steps. Study your book and you're good to go. Everything arrived in time we had all the parts we needed nothing was scratched or dented. I am very happy with the quality and I feel like it was a good buy. I can't wait to hang some string lights and some ferns lol

This gazebo was a great addition to my patio. It looks great and has lasted us through Michigan's Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring. We look forward to many more years of use. There are a few leaks, but I believe we misaligned a couple of roof panels. Once in place, there is no way to correct that without disassembly—it's not going to happen! We are very pleased to have added a fire pit that works well through early winter, with a ceiling fan that moves the heat around. When our order arrived in multiple boxes over the course of a few days, one box was missing. I contacted the seller, and they tracked it down as damaged in transit and sent a new box out the next day. They have very responsive and helpful customer service. If I were in the market, I would purchase from them again.

I like that all the parts to this gazebo were in the boxes and fit well together. I thought the instructions were easy to follow because they were step by step diagrams with some close-ups rather than rambling, wordy sentences. It is definitely a 2-3 person job and two ladders were of great value and necessary, especially when installing the roof panels. The roof panels are the most difficult part because the panels are flexible which makes it a challenge to feed into the side slots of the roof frames. The last panels were hardest to install because you have to work through the gaps of the roof that you are fitting the panels into. You get the hang of getting them into the frame slots after doing the first one or two but is was a tad difficult. Some may give up but we persevered! It took a week to get all the boxes, the heaviest box came last and required three calls to FedEx because it sat for 5 days at the local FedEx warehouse while they worked out the logistics of getting it to the house. (It's over 100 lbs and a not too happy driver delivered it by himself.) This box contains the roof panels and if dropped on a corner could bend them. Ours had been dropped and the packaging was compromised but luckily only the corner of one was crimped and I straightened it with a pair of pliers. All in all, it is sturdy, I am happy with it and I look forward to using it. I do think that you need some know-how in order to build it and certainly need two 6 foot step ladders, a handy friend, a screw gun and a little ingenuity to get it done.

We really love this Gazebo. Compliments our deck. It took my family of four to build. Great quality. The size is exactly what I've imagined. There was no missing pieces, they gave us a little more extra just in case. Worth the buy. The instructions helped a lot.

Even though some of the boxes were delivered damaged all of the part were inside were good, but we did have to bend couple of corners for the roof panels back in to place. Putting up the frame was relatively easy. The roof panels were the hardest because the instructions were put the panels into place then screw it down. Don't do this it doesn't work. Start with the middle panels they are they are layered and has a screw on the out side then one of the inside the one on the outside sucked. We had to remove all the other panels and put these two panels on first. (This will make more since when you build it). It took two weeks to build because I am in Vegas it's been 100+ everyday. Some days my husband and I could only work on it for 2 or 3 hours (not everyday though). Plus the seller responded back to me very quickly, when I had the wrong information for a tracking number. Very good experience, and product.

Wow! This gazebo is incredibly sturdy! All the parts are perfectly fitted to go together. Its easy to tell if you have the right peices matched together because the holes will exactly fit! Other kits have oval holes so you can slide things around as needed, but that also makes their structures have a wiggle to them. Not this kit, I am very pleased with how well it was fabricated. Its recommended that you have several people putting it together, and it would really make it a bit easier. My wife and I worked on it by ourselves. It took us a few days, we also didn't push ourselves and worked on good weathered days. So if you have 5 - 6 people and you wanted to get it done I'd say you would be able to do it in under 2 days. We had 60 mph winds come through a couple days after we finished building it and it held up excellently!! No sway or issues! It snowed on it yesterday, not much but still it was heavy wet snow and it has proven to be an incredible product!! I highly recommend this product, I don't usually take the time to write a review but I felt so good about the product I wanted to help anyone else that is looking to buy a gazebo!

This is an amazing high quality gazebo. Very impressed with the structure in terms of strength and sturdiness and ease of construction. we were able to put it up in one weekend at a casual pace with two people. The instructions suggest 3-5 people, but if you are a more structural minded thinker you can use saw horses and ladders with two people to lift the roof to construct it with only two people. We were missing one piece as the roof pieces are shipped “stuck” together inside each other, so it’s an understandable miss. But the customer service, communications, tracking on the replacement shipment and speedy response was impeccable. The only thing I’d like to see added is an online instruction video to help with putting it together and maybe a customer service phone line. But totally worth every penny and the time to construct. We live on the Canadian prairies and have had three heavy wind storms and this gazebo has stayed solidly in place! Highly recommend.

I’m giving this item a very generous 3 stars. The reason for the 2 star deduction is because of the atrocious setup instructions. There was 1 sentence in the whole manual and it was in broken English. The good: It’s solid. Heavy and seems like good quality. The drapes help keep out bugs. Easily bolted down to the patio stones with tapcons. Arrived in a timely manner in 3 separate boxes. The bad: As mentioned, the instruction manual was bad. The price was increased on Amazon Prime day and the discount ended up being the regular price! I was not happy after realizing that. I’ll update this if the item doesn’t survive our harsh Canadian winter but I think it will make out ok. It seems fairly sturdy.

We installed the gazebo in about May, suffered through the windiest summer with gusts they say over 80 km/hr. This gazebo did not budge! I was concerned how the panels on the roof click together they might come off, but absolutely no issues. The curtains are really thick, but the clips to hook to the pillars don't all line up. The ties at the bottom obviously broke off in the wind and we were having issues with the zippers coming off. I reached out to the seller to get more and they were fantastic and had some shipped for free! I will likely get a new curtain next year because we usually keep it closed due to the direction of the yard and the sun as well as privacy. Seller advised me to reach out and they can sell me a new set when it's time. They certainly haven't broken down like my old ones did from sunfade. I just wish they had grey curtains. Install wasn't bad. Instructions were clear. My 17 year old and I had it up and ready to go in about 5 hours. The biggest issue was my 5' height restriction. Definitely needed a ladder. Definitely a great purchase and amazing customer service! Update a year later. Gazebo she'll holds up well. Netting and curtains, not so much. Seller said they would have available for purchase if needed. Just got respo$300 shipping not including the product. So disappointed with response. Will order curtains elsewhere and hope the zippers don't constantly fall off like these ones.
