Material is a shiny banyan type stretchable one and not satin with elastic around to give it kaftan look. Not bad; good one. I liked it.

My wife bought this kaftan for vacation and said it was so comfortable and looked very nice. But not for very hot weather, else you will sweat.

Cloth is ok, look wise not so great and the cloth smelt so bad when I opened the package. I even left it in airy place the whole day but it smelt bad next day too and I had to return it
