I received a defective product mist was not formed and touch pad was also not working, don't buy this product it's complete waste of money and time and even Amazon customer service won't help you to return it .

Complete waste ! Product has stopped working after a fortnight - water leaked from the sides and the entire water drained out. Ended up damaging my carpet in the living room. Thankfully did not get electrocuted because of the leaking water. This product is an electrical hazard. Money wasted.

Bought it for my 3 months old daughter. Got delivered it just a day. Product works really good and it covers all of my room in just a few minutes.

- Cheap quality, water tank is brittle, and started leaking within few days of operation.- No product warranty from seller. They asked me to pay first upfront for the replacement part on a dubious link, and asked me to pick up the item from their store.

It's an excellent product as it says on video. We can control humidity levels, mist output and set timer. We can reduce the temperature inside the room.

I ordered this product in December 2022 and after using it for 1 week it start leaking at the bottom. Sent the product back after receiving it back the problem was unresolved. I sent the product back and then no response from the compnay for more than months. After numerous calls to thw company finally got the replacement product back on monday. The company executive was always polite but the tome taken for resolution of the issue was way too long.
