Large golf brolly as described

Looked great but broke after the third use. One of the plastic fixings that secure the canopy to the frame snapped without any damage to it. How does anyone complain about the poor quality?

Golf umbrella Quality no good about £40

The product was not fit for purpose of broke after being used three times. I am very disappointed and want to complain but don't know how.
