How did yall blow up balloons? Did u have to buy a tank seperate?

I was going to buy a tank but it would’ve cost me more. I was actually able to get them blown up at Party City. Balloon package has to stay sealed (not open at all). They have to be the ones who open up the balloon package. They can blow it up there. It was like a dollar and some change per balloon. There was a little fee since the balloons are not from Party City. I also chose to have them blow them up with high helium. Which would make the latex balloons last longer. Taxes and all I believe it was about $31 total for me.
