I love this camera so much! Was definitely one of the best purchases I made for my 8 week puppy. It detects movement/sound and send a notification! There is clear video and audio. You can also speak through it to your animal. It also comes with an adhesive tape so you can mount it, the one power cord made the process super easy! It’s small but in a good way, it has a wide view but doesn’t take up much space. The design is sleek and blends into white wall perfectly. The video speed is a little laggy but not enough to where it’s an issue. All to say I highly recommend!!

The charging block did not work and I had trouble sharing the camera with my SO so that he could access it on his phone as well. However, petcube has top notch A+ customer support. They helped connect the other phone to the camera quickly and refunded me to purchase another charging block as they said they did have a bad batch of them. Since they don’t have charging blocks they sell separately, they sent me a link to one on Amazon and are refunding me the price of it. I would recommend them for the customer service alone.

I had a problem with one of the three cameras I received. I contacted the seller and they were extremely helpful and resolve my problems within minutes. I highly recommend the seller of this product. They stand behind it.

After researching on the best product to buy, I mistakenly decided on this one. I ended up purchasing a total of four cameras, currently, I can only use two of them. Even though I Invested a lot of money and buying these cameras, I still need to pay for a subscription to have a video log and no I do not want to buy subscription service to receive “free online vet care” from a security camera. I originally only set up two cameras which I couldn’t use for the longest time because I couldn’t figure out why one of my cameras was upside down even after I physically flipped the camera, And also experienced an issue with two of the cameras, consistently being off-line, even though they were up-to-date and on the same network. I decided to also buy the treat camera, which cats broke within a day. They knocked it over, the camera cracked, and the camera was on the floor the whole time. What would be a cool feature if the app wasn’t so laggy would be the fact that if you swipe a certain distance, it will propel treats , One swipe will send a treat along distance . However, the app lags and will end up sending a treat rocket at your poor pet’s face and body. Poor durability and not built with the pets safety in mind. The app itself isn’t even built to have a sustained large network of cameras on one app, It’s almost like it is telling you” Don’t buy the camera it’s not worth it!” As you can see, the quality is poor and upside down, you’re basically playing “A where is Waldo Game” with 100 pixels.

I never make reviews over products I buy on Amazon, but I will say this camera is pretty useful. I do like that there is NO subscription fee compared to other pet cameras. You can login the app and immediately start seeing your dog.What I didn’t like, is that it has to be plugged in at all times to work, so it’s not Bluetooth. Also the usb box stopped working and I had to contact them and they did reimburse me to get a new connector but it was a bit of a hassle. It’s not motion detector. The audio and camera quality is decent. But when you talk in the camera the volume is very low so the person in the room can’t hear you unless it’s super quiet.

The camera works fairly well and the resolution is pretty good and the night vision is good. Be careful before ordering because there are a few different subscriptions for this car. Yes you can use without paying anything monthly, but it will be limited. What I am most displeased with is the aggravation of me having to complain because they charged my debit card $32.76, I think it was for some vet thing I never signed up after the trial ended. I didn’t purchase the camera for that! They refunded immediately, but that is not my point of contention. If there was no subscriptions and they wouldn’t have auto billed me and take from my account, I would easily give this thing 5 stars. Do your research on all pet cams. I believe there are some out there that give you better results without paying extra. ATTN PETCUBE: make it up to me and I will give you a better review.

I purchased this for my son for Christmas so he can watch his dogs while he’s away at work. The sound come across clear the dogs can hear him. He can see the dogs clearly it’s a perfect little camera to sit on your counter or install on your wall, I recommend it and the price of it was great. It was easy to set up as well.
