OLUKAI 'Ahi Men’s Performance Marine Shoes, Water-Ready Sneakers with Customized Lacing Fit, Lightweight & Breathable, Enhanced Grip & Traction

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I’m 6’6” and weigh 350lbs I have size 13 feet and they are wide so getting comfortable shoes is a challenge but not with these. They are easy to slip on and off, they are lightweight, and offer support at the heel. The only change I made was to exchange the insole with one here on Amazon for 240+ plantar fasciitis to give me better support but you can wear them all day and forget you even have them on. Well worth the money and they last for years I bought these to replace a pair I bought in 2018 and wore every day.

I have resisted the boat shoe. Denied I needed one in my wardrobe. Finally a trip that I did not want to wear dress shoes, but couldn't always wear my runners came up. I already had a pair of OLUKAI Sandals that I love, and a buddy of mine couldn't help but constantly say how comfortable his were. So I broke down and bought these. I can honestly say, I am an idiot. These are freaking great. Why did I wait so long??? FIT: I typically wear a 9.5-10 2e shoe mainly because I run a lot. My causal shoes I can get away with a medium width. This is a borderline width for me but the flexibility of the fabric allows it to get away with great comfort. It's definitely not a wide toe box, but if you are in between medium and wide, you can probably et away with it, There is a lot of support on the insole, which feels weird at first, but slowly conforms and adapts to you resulting in a really comfortable fit. FUNCTIONALITY: I think these are technically listed as an athletic shoe. SHort of chasing kids and running after your dog, it's a casual dress shoe. I like the versatility of the shoe to be casual, but also paired with the right combo to be business casual, or dinner casual as well. The back of the shoe folds down as well to allow a slide in fit that is awesome for things from running out to the car real quick to a day on the beach. CLEANING: These are made to get wet. Do as you will. I hose mine down, launder them, wear them into the creek. Just make sure to let them dry or they will get grungy. I do not recommend putting them in a dryer. Pack with paper towels and ventilate well to dry. OVERALL THOUGHTS: These are a super versatile, great fitting, highly comfortable pair of shoes. They can take you from the beach to dinner and look good doing it. They are very comfortable after a short break in period, and are well made to last for years.

Wanted a pair of shoes that I could walk on the beach, go for a walk, wear on the plane and go out to dinner all while on vacation. These shoes did that and so much more. And They are like slippers so comfy. I wear10.5 and have slightly wider foot. They immediately fit like a glove. My go to sneakers are ECCO but these definitely have some better benefits. Super lightweight for travel. Stylish yet practical. No laces to tie. Great fit so you can walk or run if you want and they feel like sneakers. Yes they are water resistant for sure and have amazing traction. It’s winter now but can’t wait to try them on the boat next spring. Great choice for something you could wear all day without your feet hurting. Worth the price!!!

They’re comfy, and very airy. So, if it’s cold or rainy and you want to stay dry and warm - maybe consider a different shoe. But these are definitely my go-to for what I wear most of the time (aside from gym shoes).

Outstanding comfort but need to replace once per year as the durability is very average. Supportive in a low key way as they just fit my feet so well in a natural way. You will feel long walks on concrete, b/c they are not overly cushioned, but they are so comfortable overall I often wear them on long walks anyway. Extremely easy on/off and very breathable. I recycle the olds ones for wearing around the house, yard work, etc. Should be under $80 and they would get 5 stars. $120 is a little steep for a somewhat disposable 12 month shoe.

Ideally, my review would have been 4 !/2 stars but they are closer to a 5 than a 4. This was my first pair of Olukai shoes. I own several pairs of their flip flops and they have good arch support, very unusual for flip flops. The shoes fit great both length and width. I usually wear a size 12, 2E or 4E in athletic shoes but the Olukais only came in one width. Reviews said they were wide so I gambled and won. What I didn't like about these shoes was the lack of arch support but I inserted my Revitalign (formerly known as Spenco arch supports) and I was good to go. Very light weight and very stylish looking. I just might buy another pair in another color.

Took this shoe with me to Ecuador for 20 days. The shoe can get wet and dry pretty quickly (couple hours by itself or faster with a hair dryer). The shoes back heel folds down so you can treat it like a sandal/slide. It is a nifty little feature because if you have your hands filled, you need to get your shoes on, you simply step on the back, the heel folds and you slide your feet into them. I would not run with the heel down. The shoes look great. They are non-slip so you can walk on boats, docks, rocks, etc. with a bit more confidence. They come in different sizes, colors, and types. My daughter sails and says she like them too. These are great shoes which I will have a long time. They are light and pretty flexible. You can jam them into your carry-on luggage. Comfort wise, I would not compare them to say a Hoka Clifton 9 but that's not why I got them. I can wear these for a little dressier situation or to walk to the pool with. In a pinch I could probably use them at the gym. Overall, highly recommend these shoes.

I bought my first pair about four years ago, and although they wear extremely well, they unexpectedly became my go-to shoes (so easy to slip on and so comfortable) and I wore them almost constantly and eventually needed replacing (more for cosmetic reasons). This year I bought a third pair for a trip to Spain (they pack really well) but in a grey/blue combo that is particularly handsome. Great service from the company, too.

These shoes are super versatile. Used them for a week on a yatch cruise. Can be worn for mild excursions, but not rough terrain. Easy on and off, and very comfortable. I also used them in and around the city in 35°C and they were very enjoyable and can be dressed up or down based on the occasion. I would recommend airing them out daily (with the insoles seperated) as they do absorb sweat and can become smelly. Otherwise, no complaints.
