Maynard's Industrial and Systems Engineering Handbook, Sixth Edition

Instead of a textbook or library binding it’s a very cheap and thin cardboard binding. This will never hold up to such a heavy book. I am extremely disappointed and am considering sending it back. Not at all appropriate for a book costing over one hundred dollars. The publisher and contributors should be ashamed to be associated with such a flimsy product.

This is what it says it is. It's a handbook. When I consider the price and the amount of content, I think it's a pretty solid value. I've spent 20 years working in supply chain consulting and I find the content within this to be a really helpful reference. I don't need the book to do the thinking for me, but (a) give me a start, or (b) fill in the gaps. For me, it fills that need.
