In the world of supplements there's no shortage of choice, and it's nice that so many now are vegetarian/vegan. And these are fine in that regard, the dosage is fine and the price is very competitive. The pills themselves are small and tasteless too. All good stuff.Then there's the bottle. It's plastic. Cheap I guess, but plastic doesn't recycle well, unlike glass. So I have to mark this down for plastic, which really should be a rarity thesedays.

Like many people in the UK, my wife & I suffer from vitamin D difecency & having been taking supplements for years.These are small & easy to swallow with virtually no after taste and - so far - no unpleasant side effects either.Good value for money, my wife & I will purchase more when out current supply runs out!
