Great Product, Good for the value. Very Durable.

I have ridden over 1500 miles on this bike and I couldn't be more satisfied with its performance, especially considering its price. It offers a decent speed and range, and its durability is truly impressive. What surprised me the most was its ability to out-accelerate a friend's bike with a 2000 watt motor when I utilized pedal assist in the proper gears. In fact, it even outperformed an expensive e-mountain bike in a challenging hill climb. This bike has proven its worth!Not only is it a reliable ride for leisurely trips, but it has also become an essential part of my daily commute. Rain or shine, I hop on my bike and navigate through the city streets effortlessly. It has completely transformed my daily routine, allowing me to bypass traffic congestion and enjoy the freedom of cycling. I appreciate the convenience it brings, enabling me to reach my destination efficiently while incorporating exercise into my everyday life. This bike has truly become my trusted companion for commuting, and I couldn't be happier with my investment.

Well to begin, Miclon is very responsive to emails. I had questions and received answers by the next day.The ebike itself runs well, even though I have never gone far enough to run the battery out, I suspect it will most likely get the 18-20 miles claimed, even at my 236 pounds. I get up to just over 20 mph easily.I haven't really figured out how to adjust the PAS (Peddle Assist) settings as yet, because no matter what gear I use, when I start peddling it's like spinning in air. There must be a setting to get to, on the display for this. I'll figure it out, or I'll just fire up another email to Miclon.I like the ebike and if they had it in a smaller size, I would of got one for my wife too.Miclon should put together a better manual, explaining about things included on the ebike like brakes, display, etc.. Not just the assembly of the few parts you have to put together.

If you get this product, just make sure nothing breaks, if it does, they have no after sale support nor replacement parts. And the electric bike will break because the parts are so flimsy and breakable plastic.

We bought 2 of these bikes after my in-laws purchased one and let us try it out. This bike is so fun and easy to operate. My 10 year old daughter fell in love with it and loves to go on bike rides. Her only complaint is mom rides too slow. After taking the bikes on 2 separate rides of over 10 miles each, we still had more than 50% battery remaining. We did have to purchase solid core inner tubes due to goat heads and constant flat tires.

For the price, this is a fantastic bike and I would recommend it for anyone new to ebikes or looking for a more aggressive frame. No other bike I’ve seen combines the larger size, 500w motor, throttle, mountain frame, and front suspension forks. Works as a commuter or for light off road trails. Just get it tuned up once assembled. Brakes and gears were a little wonky out of the box but are perfect after a quick tune. Glad I purchased it. I put a seat post fender rack and use it for commuting about and some off road trails.

The bike came with a defective throttle, which was not noticed until the driver crashed at full speed as the bike would not slow down due to the throttle being stuck.

I never owned an e-bike before and wasn't sure of what to expect. I was very happy with the quality and ease of assembly of this bike. The power and speed of the bike was also impressive.The battery charged quickly while I assembled the bike. The only issue I had was the front brake was rubbing and reqired some adjustment to release it and get it working as it should. The battery seems to last quite some time in pedal assist mode and its a pleasure to ride.
