I usually take turmeric by the teaspoon, mixing it with water and a dash of pepper to help aid in absorption. When traveling, bulk Turmeric is problematic. The capsules make it easy to transport and get a premeasured dose. The quality seems good as I get similar benefits with my bulk turmeric. My only wish would be that it would contain some pepper extract to aid in absorption.

I take Tumeric for inflammation and this brand seems to be just as good as the others I have taken in the past. I only wish it was organic, but overall I feel like it is a standardized extract as the bottle mentions. The fact that they are veggie capsules are an added bonus for those not interested in bovine capsules. I do wish that they would add black pepper to the formula, as absorption rates are so much better. I take this with other black pepper supplement, so it's good all around.
