Used it today and withing an hour it is burnt
Didn't expect this quality from Air wick. The fragrance is nice but the whole thing got burnt within an hr of using. Recievd the package 2 days back. Started using it today. The wick is burnt. I had kept on medium setting. Is there is way I could get refund for such product

Very bad product please dont waste your money 😒
The media could not be loaded. 2 weeks before i bought this... Only 1 week it works after its burn suddenly... Dont buy it..I request to seller to return the amount...

burning the plug in
The media could not be loaded. If you see the pic you will notice the black portion which seems to be burning. Not sure if it is due to the oil fumes or if it is indeed burning. Due to safety reasons not using.
