Leí reseñas e ingredientes del producto y fue por ambos que compré el producto, tengo 29 años deportista de alto rendimiento, 2.5hrs de gym al día, consumo creatina y BCAAs como suplementos adicionales y posterior al consumo de estas píldoras no sentí efectos ni resultados diferentes ningún día.
