Stainless steel to reduce rust. Nice antenna.
Antenna performs well. I've received great signal reports. I'd like a beefier cable, but this is very practical for routing. So far, it is holding up well.

Hit or miss
I purchased this antenna twice, first for my mobile setup and twice for a small home base setup as a learn the ropes of radio. Unfortunately the second one I purchased doesn’t seem to work at all. I connected it to my home base and mobile setups and couldn’t get a signal from any of my set frequencies that I typically use to chat locally.

The antenna came tuned well. The swr on all three bands was good.

However, not for my Toyota Truck. The space required isn't available along with the fact it would be very unattractive and most difficult to go through a Car Wash.....
