Highly recommend! It fries insects and small snakes!
I bought this 2 years ago! It worked like a champion! It has real zapping power! Very powerful! When charged it lasts for days! In the two years I had this before it stopped working, I only charged it a few times. It charges quickly. I would usually wait until it died before recharging it and would not allow it to over charge. If it died on me while I was killing mosquitoes, I'd charge it for just a few minutes and I'd get quite a bit of zapping power from it to kill more mosquitoes before it died again! That was only in emergency cases. I think I liked it more than (what I'd call the newer version)... the one on the stand... only got that one yesterday... so will see! But one thing I've noticed already is that the battery dies faster on the new one.I'd keep this one on the on position right thru and the battery latest days maybe weeks, depending on the amount of use it got! The only downside is that the quality of the button to press to activate the power to zap was poorly made and the material want of God quality. It broke within days after I got it... I taped it up and it worked for some time until I tried to replace the tape and it fell apart and I couldn't put it back together... but I was still able to get my finger inside the hole to press the knob. And the other issue was the placement of that button... it was placed a little too high up on the handle in my opinion, so if there was something you wanted to reach high up, you simple couldn't activate the button and reach the insect that was high above your head. The other issue is the mesh wire inside was too big, so you cannot get tiny insects such as fruit flies... the new one is the same size. Other than that this zapper worked like a charm and it really took some pressure! The sides of it eventually started to open, the 'clips' or whatever that kept it in place was broken and the wires started coming out, it still worked until a roach got under the first layer of wire and got stuck, I had to pull the wire up to get it out, when I tried putting it back in I couldn't get it back how it should be and it stopped zapping, it was still taking the charge and coming on, but there was no zapping power. 5 💫💫💫💫💫 stars! Totally recommend it! I gave my son one, he still has his and it's still working great! 👍🏻

Bye Bye Mosquitoes!!
Every year, my significant other and I get eaten alive by the monstrosity of tiny little mosquitoes that reappear every spring and summer. We were constantly using bug repellant spray, bracelets, you name it, just to walk to and from the car.We had been looking for an option to resolve these bug problems, and have finally found it. This product comes with two tennis racket-like electric bug swatters. They are lightweight and easy to hold. There is an off switch, on switch and on with light option. There is also a built in safety feature where you have to have the switch turned on and have to hold down the bolt button in order to zap the bugs. They also come with a charger, so are easily available whenever you need them. They have been working like a charm both indoors and outdoors, and we have no regrets with this product!

Oh the satisfaction!
These are one of the best modern inventions ever! I can’t begin to tell you the satisfaction I receive when I hear the “Zap” and see a bug dropping to the floor! I’m a very kind person who loves everything, but I become an evil old witch of the West, with the witch cackle when I zap a bug🧙♀️

Both stopped working after first charge
They worked fine out of the box. Put them on to charge a couple weeks later and they stopped working. Bugs pass right through the screen with no zap. You can put a piece of metal in the zone to get it to arc but it isn't strong enough to zap anything not directly touching it anymore. They're junk.

Satisfying snapping sound
You are rewarded with a nice satisfying snap and crackle when you make contact with the pest. It takes down regular house flys easily but bigger flys seem to get stunned and recover in a few minutes. But that is enough for use to pick them up and put them outside or feed them to the lizard. My son was messing with one and did zap himself but it did not burn or otherwise hurt anything but his pride.

these are … interesting
These were kinda pricey-I like the UV light to attract the beasts - clever- so far the charge is holding well, my only real complaint is that sometimes they don’t kill in one swat causing me some guilt watching the bugger tweek & flip flop around before I stomp it. I suppose that is more my internal moral struggle than anything- still worth mentioning.
