I’ve tried the ‘regular’ extra strength flavor that is not sugar free, the honey lemon sugar free and the cherry sugar free and by far the cherry sugar free is the best. It has way more of a nose clearing menthol flavor than even the original extra strength flavor. It shows it has less menthol but I don’t care what it says, the sugar free cherry definitely has more menthol oomph. It’s a great flavor with great menthol strength and being sugar free is a plus.

These are STRONG! Nice! It needs to be strong! It kicked the flu's rear end so hard, it left a menthol shoe print on the flu's backside! They last a little while too, and the nose is as clear as the throat for a little while! Best price for the volume you get! 5 Stars!

Fishermans Friend are absolutely the best cough drops. The Original flavor is pretty nasty, but the no sugar cherry and lemon flavors are quite tasty and they definitely do the job.

Love these during cold season, open up the nostrils, taste hasn't improved, but works better than anything else.

First time I tried the Honey Lemon flavor. They worked well (like all lozenges) for a while. Taste was better but eventually the menthol came thru. I'd buy them again.

A friend recommended the Fisherman's Friend Cough Drops when I had a lingering cough and I ordered both the regular flavored and the lemon flavored lozenges. The regular flavored are brown and have a strong flavor partly eucalyptus and part menthol and twice the menthol of the lemon flavored lozenges. They eased the tickle in my throat and slightly anesthetized it. When I need to be in a group, I like having these lozenges handy. The lemon flavored are white or light yellow and they taste a little better but maybe don't work quite as effectively it seemed.
