I imagine that there might be some small amount of fat but very small. Yhey do not feel fatty. Remember these are treats only and should be given as such sparingly. Hope this helps

That is a very specific question and I guess best directed at the production team. I can only say my dogs love them and haven't had any allergies, rashes or digestive issues, sloppy botty etc which is pretty amazing considering how sensitive they both are. One point though, first time they came packed in a box so little damage, 2nd time was in a plastic bag and all I got was broken biscuits and crumbs. Gotta keep your fingers crossed Amazon boxes them cos they ain't cheap.
