Completely Satisfied
I absolutely love this phone. It is a huge upgrade from the Galaxy S2 camera phone I was using to snap my photos, but I suppose that's to be expected. On Battery Life: I can see truth in a lower battery life but there doesn't seem to be much of an issue when I keep the brightness low. I also bought the Anker® 2nd Gen Astro Mini portable charger for $13.00 and that gives it a full extra charge on the go.Pictures: There are guaranteed better quality devices out there camera wise, but the convenience in only carrying my phone and not both the phone and a camera is worth the trade. Camera phone wise--- my instagramage has become more than legit!Price: Electronic purchases on Amazon make me nervous, but after the first four months I have no gripes on quality. Price is much more bearable online than in store.I use this phone around Europe with a Vodafone mini sim card. I had a larger sim card to start, but the Vodafone store cut it smaller in thirty seconds with their fancy card punch.Couldn't be happier :)

The phone freezes
I love my Samsung Galaxy K / S5 Zoom, the only trouble I am having is that it freezes some times when I am scrolling on photos or openning camera or sometimes it just freezes when looking at Facebook, the first 3 times it did it I only wait for about 1 minute and pull out the batery to reset it because nothing works when it freezes, the 4th time it did it I left it for almost 10 minutes to see if to would unfreeze but it did NOT, so every time my phone freezes I have to pull out the batery to reset it, this is very bad for me because I love photography and this is why I bought this phone. Is ti that I received a bad unit or it is a fault that these phones have? Please respond ASAP to see how you will help me with this matter

Be careful: bad battery even though it is cheaper
The phone is good but the battery is very bad. The wrap paper on the new battery is loose which reminds me the battery is not original. After using for a couple of days, I find the battery only can last for one and half hours when use normally (almost only surfing internet). Almost 1% equals to 1 minute surfing internet. Now I have to take a portable external battery along with the phone. So if you want to buy this phone, you must be cautious about the problem of battery even though it is cheaper.

Samsung is getting really close to the perfect all in one device.
-General impressions aka the CameraIf you are buying this phone it is for one reason only, the camera. The camera on this phone is fantastic. If you want the best camera on Android this is it. Why? Not only because of the optical zoom with IS and the Xenon flash. The software is actually very good. It has everything from scene modes to full manual.and everything in between. Burst mode, control the flash whatever you want however you want. It actually is so easy to use and quick to change settings I hate going back to my Sony RX100 or GX1. The camera takes as good quality pictures as those two 90% of the time, but I have the phone with me 100% of the time so I get many, many more pictures. Some other phone cameras come with fixed aperture of F2.0 which is actually better than this camera for low light. However I this camera has a real flash so it is basically a wash.-CustomizationThis phone can rooted but currently there are no custom ROMs if you care about those things. Currently has 4.4.2 and I have no clue and haven't heard if Samsung will push 5.0-Phone useIs this phone big and heavy yesish. I compare it to any of the Notes or iPhone plus and you have a smaller, but thicker phone. The thickness actually helps me some since it is easier to keep in my hands and doesn't slip as often. Calls are clear and crisp. the screen is nice and the phone does hold up to some moderate drops, not tested on purpose. The battery life is probably\ average, but I think that is because I use the camera a lot. I can either get through the day and have only 10% left or over 50%. It seems a lot depends on how much it is searching for the 3g signal (see below) and how many pictures I take. And the xenon flash is a battery hog.-FlawsOne major fault of this camera for US users is the fact that the data is pretty crappy on T-Mobile. I live in a refarmed 1900 MHz area but it still bounces around between WCDMA (HSPA+, 3.5g) and 2g GSM. At times I get no data at all. Compared to the galaxy s3 it is a terrible experience. If they fix the data and provide a US model with US LTE bands this phone will be a huge hit. I have to take away a start for the poor data, if I lived in Europe I would instantly get the LTE version and be 100% happy.Secondly there is a glass/plastic lens that is not protected. It doesn't seem to get scratched easily or at all but it can get dirty smudged. If you get blurry pictures wipe this off and your pictures will come out great again.-Final ThoughtsI actually get stopped almost every time I use with people asking "what is that" "is that a camera!" "can I hold it". I don't know why Samsung never officially released this in the states they could have a huge hit with the right marketing. Add in US LTE and a faster lens (F2.8 vs F3.1 minimum) and I would heavily consider getting rid of any other device (camera, phone, etc)

Epic phone
As somebody very concerned about camera quality I love this phone. With the plentiful RAM and Processor I never experience lag or crashes. The camera is very nice, and resolution is great. The zoom function is awesome too, really feels like a camera.Good battery life, and though it's only 16GB any 64GB micro SD will solve that.FOR ANYBODY WHO HAD THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF THIS PHONE:It runs much smoother. Has more RAM and a better processor.Much greater app compatibility and no lag/crash issues.Phone feels more like a phone than a camera, unlike the previous version which was completely designed like a digital camera.I was disappointed that the tripod hole is gone... that was a noce feature. Also instead of turning the outside of the lense to control optical zoom you pinch zoom. This is actually a disadvantage because its a little less precise... the camera IS better though. All in all there are a couple things I miss about the S4 Zoom but the Zoom K is superior in almost every way. Definitely worth the upgrade.
