This snorkel set up makes it easier to swim for exercise and not be as dependent on breathing technique. I also have back issues and the twisting you do with freestyle breathing aggravates sciatica and muscle spasms. Using the snorkel significantly reduces twisting and makes it more comfortable for me to swim. The snorkel is well made and has a large bore. It feels much more like breathing normally than most snorkels do. I have a small jaw and a lot of mouthpieces are uncomfortable; this one is not. The design of the headband is good, adjusts easily, and it is comfortable on your forehead. The swivel and the foam pad are big pluses. I bought a second set for my husband to use after finding out how much I liked mine. I definitely recommend this item.

We bought these to help with lap swimming. It helps to keep my head and neck in a comfortable position while swimming. I get neck pain when I have to move my head/neck sideways out of the water to breathe. These allow me to swim continously while keeping my face in the water. The mount piece is very comforatble and it's easy to breathe thru. I am hoping to lose weight and I have added swimming in addition to healthy eating habits. It also helps me to focus more on my swim technoque. It's lightweight and seems effective thus far. I don't know about durability, as we have not used it too long ... but it appears well made and the design is excellent.

Never used a snorkel before and after reading tons of reviews I decided to get this one. I am happy to say it worked great for my needs. It feels very comfortable. The mouth piece is just the right size. The head piece attaches to my swim cap on my head just above my goggle. Easy to adjust and tighten. The 2 pieces that touch your forehead are padded and can swivel a bit independently, so even if you have odd shaped forehead it will still fit right. In the water I feel no extra resistance from using it. It's totally comfortable. I can now swim laps leisurely without worrying about breathing (my weakest point). I breath in and out through the tube. Breathing out through the nose feels a bit unnatural w/ the snorkel on. It creates giant bubbles that block my vision. It did take a few days to get used to not getting water into my nose. Now I think this is the best swimming aid I have ever bought. If it breaks I will buy another. Worth every penny.

It works well enough, but the bolt and nut holding the snorkel together are low quality. Mine came apart after five uses.

Après avoir essayé de nombreux types et modèles, j'ai enfin trouvé mon compagnon de natation ! Pour le moment, je l'utilise quotidiennement pour une nage mixte d'une heure par jour, et la qualité est au rendez-vous. Pendant l'utilisation, aucune marque sur le visage ni tension à la mâchoire. Solide, il se transporte facilement dans un sac de piscine standard !

Llevo nadando años en piscina y nunca he necesitado de equipación que me ayude, hasta ahora, que mis cervicales se resienten y las lumbares también. No mucho pero me molestan. Me comentaron el tema de utilizar un tubo de respiración para ayudar y decidí comprarme este por los comentarios que he ido viendo. Sinceramente los comentarios se ajustan bastante a la realidad. No lo puedo comparar con otros ya que es el primero que pruebo pero... Es fantástico!! Se adapta muy bien a la cabeza, sin apretar. En la zona donde se apoya la frente hay unas almohadillas para no hacerte rozaduras y que sea más cómodo. Durante la natación no se mueve para nada y respiras perfectamente bien. Tenía mis dudas ya que acostumbrada a respirar sacando la cabeza, no creí que me acostumbrara pero unos 15 minutos de práctica y ya respiraba super bien sin forzar mi espalda. Lógicamente tengo que ir concentrada hasta que termine de acostumbrarme ya que tengo unos hábitos adquiridos de muchos años pero no me resulta nada molesto. En cuanto a la calidad no sabría decir porque es el primero y no puedo comparar pero lo encuentro muy robusto. El montaje es sencillo y me sorprendió que la unión entre el tubo y la cinta de sujeción fuera un tornillo y si no se oxida pues está genial. Dependiendo de la duración, probablemente repita. Y ahora debo comentar que la entrega ha sido un verdadero desastre. Me molestan sobremanera las excusas baratas de los transportistas (no fué Amazon, quien se ocupó).
