almost great
My doc recommended progesterone cream as a test to regulate a variety of potential testosterone issues. Testosterone tests are said to be only partially accurate as what's really needed is a measure of free testosterone, not total testosterone. There's a lot to say about hormone adjustments but my experience is if you want to work it out yourself for maximum benefit you can. Dosage is the issue. 8-12 mg is what was recommended. Pumps do not IMO disperse with accuracy. A better measure is either weight or volume. I've managed to do well by care with the pump and getting a full ribbon approximately 1/2 inch long. This is probably just slightly shorter than 1 full pump. It helps to always make sure to shake the pump upside down before pushing and make sure air is displaced. This product is one that More is Not Better. You may do better with 5 or 10 or 15mg depending on your physiology and purpose but less is best to the desired effect. It helps with my orgasms at 60. Reduces night urination a little. Overdo it and my libido decreases but my night urination does too. Not a trade I make easily. Your results may vary. Just be systematic and careful.

This product contains a potentially toxic ingredient.
I used this product for several days and at first everything seemed ok. That was until I found that applying this cream before sleeping at night seemed to cause a tremendous amount of pain in the prostate that lasted all night. I did a test the next evening and did not use it before bed. And what do you know... no pain. I then looked at the ingredients and to me there is one major concern. The number 2 ingredient listed is stearalkonium chloride. It's listed right after water. Being the second ingredient means that quite a bit of it is used in this product. And what is stearalkonium chloride? Here is what thechalkboardmag.com states:"Stearalkonium chloride is a stearic acid-derived chemical which is primarily used as an anti-static agent. Designed by the fabric industry for use as a fabric softener, this toxic chemical has somehow found its way into many hair and skin care products. Some companies have started using it as a key conditioning ingredient in their products, as it’s a cheaper alternative to natural ingredients that achieve the same task. This chemical has been shown to cause irritation to the skin and eyes and has potential negative effects on the nervous system. Products with this ingredient should be avoided. That is, unless you want to wash your hair and rub your face with chemical fabric softener!"I just don't believe I can keep applying this cream to such a sensitive area with such dubious and possibly unsafe ingredients. If stearalkonium chloride was listed at the bottom of the extensive list of ingredients then maybe. But not the second ingredient.
