I take this cherry supplement for inflammation and maybe it helps me sleep a little better.

To be honest I 've been using this for nearly a Month now and I am not sure what it's supposed to do. Maybe internal benefits that don't outwardly show. So I'm ll give it another go after this one is empty.

As expected

I've been taking them for a week and the gout is subsiding. Then again, it could be my prescription meds. Either way, I'm going to keep taking them in hopes that the tart cherry helps.
