Been buying the product on polaar website, but bought it on Amazon this time. Shipping package ripped, box crumpled and product dripping. Now I’m having to mail this mess back to Amazon. Why deliver something breakable in a paper bag?

I am not sure now what it is supposed to do as when i applied it takes a while to absorb but you don't feel softness or firmness or anything.
