We really like these bar stools. They are comfortable as the lower back fits nicely and doesn't hide our counter. Some others have mentioned that the chairs are wobbly on the floor. You can easily fix that by loosing the screws on one leg and moving that leg down to fill the gap. The instructions are just pictures, but they are easy to follow. Don't open any bag of parts until you need that bag so that you can keep track of that part with its identifier. There are 4 legs and then 4 other parts to connect so the assembly is simple. The manufacturer did send one part that looked like the right part, but the holes were in the wrong location for one chair. I contacted them and they immediately sent the corrected part and I did not have to return the bad one. We are happy with this purchase.

Assembling was easy (be careful not to touch your chair because nails and nail holes are lubricated w/oil). I am 5’2 and when I sit on it it is just perfect for me (3 in below my chest and my island is an est of a little past 34.5). Took me sooo long to decide if I want these or not but from other reviewers I decided to. I was surprised there’s a little bit of a silvery shine to it.. It’s gully gray with a hint of a silvery look. I think that’s right. It looks beautiful with my black white counter and grayish wall. The shipping was fast thanks to the seller and fed ex for shipping it to me sooner than the expected date. So far.. it’s a big upgrade for us so we LOVE IT!! We’re not picky about things so if it’s comfy that’s all it matters. There is a dark spot (you can see it in the pic) I cleaned it with lysol wipes and it come off then wiped it with a towel. It was caused by use during the assembling. It’s the first one and we didn’t know that the nails and nail holes are lubricated w oils so I accidentally touched the chair a little bit. For the next ones, we left the plastic covers on the chairs and legs until we’re fully done then took the plastics off. If anything changes, will update. :) So far loving the color and the seats.

I absolutely love these chairs but all the ball bearings on them are falling out after only a few months, with mostly small children sitting in them properly. I believe perhaps it is an engineering default…the fabric is super durable and they are so comfortable but I can’t use them anymore because they are not safe and very wobbly. Mostly my 6 and 9 year old sit on them and I’m shocked that after only 8 months they are not able to be used anymore. I have tried to see if I can tighten the casing around the ball bearings but it all seems to be sealed and not able to be tightened.Update- after contacting the seller they sent me exactly the parts I needed to make the fix. What a wonderful company!! Thank you so much!! The pieces arrived so quickly and just in time for a big party I am hosting! 🎉😊👍

First, I would like to state I like the product. The chairs are comfortable and look great. They come in two packages since you have to buy four chairs. I only assembled three and put a fourth in my attic 50% assembled in case I need it in the future. Now let me talk about the assembly process. The directions in my opinion are a mess. After assembling the first chair, I figured out a different order to assemble the chairs that was much easier. In addition, the screws that come with the chairs are not labeled, and two of them look pretty much identical. Like any product of this kind too your bound to find a defect in the screw entry point as well. It took me about which and a half hours to assemble three chairs, which is nuts. There was so much lost time in looking for the right screws, testing them, and making them fit. Lastly, at the end of this process my fingers were done for from so much twisting to get certain screws in. Keep this in mind if you purchase the product, but they’re a good price and value.

I’ve had them for a free months now. I have little kids who sit there everyday to eat. Messes are inevitable but these chairs are easy to clean and always look new despite the many wipes throughout the day. They are solid, sturdy, easy to assemble and look good even after a while

My only complaint with putting these together was that the photos can be a little hard to decipher when first looking at them. Being said, that was my error and was something that was easily fixed once I noticed.Overall, my husband and I love them! They have a high enough back that my 6’ partner can sit comfortably in them and the bar around the legs makes it so my 5”2’ legs don’t just dangle. The material is so soft, and if you have animals the pet fur just brushes right off. Also the chairs aren’t super wide. We have a weird little counter space that will be mainly where we eat, and it isn’t super big but also not super small - only about 44” in length. Both counter stools fit PERFECTLY next to each other in this space, and we couldn’t be happier with them.

The instructions for these chairs were extremely difficult to follow. Unlike other reviews the square bar definitely sits inside the legs, but there were plenty of other issues. We really struggled to line up the screw holes in the plate and chair base for one. In fact one of the chairs has a slight wobble which is very frustrating.They look very stylish when set up, but we were very disappointed with the assembly process.UPDATE: Following my review the seller did reach out which I appreciated. They offered an exchange or partial refund. Whilst it would have been nice to have new chairs the practicalities of dismantling and packaging were infeasible so instead took the partial refund which means we will go buy some longer screws for the baseplate and some bungs for the end of the chair legs.

I love how beautiful these look and how easy they were to put together. Easy to maintain as well.

Love the bar stools, perfect for my island. If you have wooden floors, I suggest getting a protector for the bottom of the stools. To protect the wood.

They look exactly as advertised.
