Easy to swallow I have bought this product before I can trust this brand

First, I think this brand works best for me in terms of sleep quality, muscle cramp alleviation and just overall feeling of well being. Significantly better than other well known brands. However, WAY too large to swallow! Gets stuck in my throat for hours. So, I crack the capsules open and mix it in a drink. Doesn't taste bad, so I'll keep buying.
