this item has no clumps,it blends well, mixes well with my powder protein, mixes well on its own and tastes like refrigirated milk.

Nice to keep on hand for baking! I don’t normally drink milk, so I like to have powdered on hand for baking recipes and even Mac and cheese! Mixes well and has a good shelf life!

Excellent Non-Fat Dry Milk powder that mixes easily an has a great taste. And it's ORGANIC...Very difficult to find. There are many stores that carry NOW Foods products, but not this one. Thank you. I am on a Paleo diet for high cholesterol which is fine now that I exercise and eat GOOD fats. Post Menopausal women frequently need to cut down on dairy fat. This is fantastic in coffee and makes it taste rich and creamy like a cappuccino without the fat. You'll never miss your half and half again. (Note: you do need a simple wire whisk) * I would have given it a five star but it took two weeks to be delivered from the vendor and they were not very responsive - I hope that is not the normal experience)

I got this to have so when we run low on milk we can mix some up. We have had lots of snow and some days we cannot get out to go to the store. I mix some up in the evening and it is nice and cold in the morning. It tastes so good that no one even notices. I tried other brands, but my family could always tell. We could use theirs in preparing food, but we could not drink it or put it on our cereal. This organic dry milk is great to have on hand - it tastes so good! Thank You!

This organic dry nonfat milk powder is excellent. I remember powdered milk from my childhood, and it was just awful but this tastes really good. There aren’t any additives at all- it’s just dried organic nonfat milk- and it blends so easily. A blender is recommended, but I just add it to a screw top water bottle or shaker cup, add cold water and shake it vigorously. It dissolves perfectly and has no clumps. I keep this powder on hand for when I run out of milk and also bring it to work to use in my coffee (reconstituted with water first). Never thought I’d be saying this about dried milk, but it’s a great product. 5 stars.

Can't believe how difficult it is to find dried milk locally, especially organic. This is another item I would buy if offered via discounted subscription, since I use it to bake bread at least twice a month.

I was disappointed when the product came that it only had a 10 month freshness date. I'm not sure that is a typical expectation as it should arrive dated further out.
