Service was very good. Filters arrived promptly, and the filters were about 20% less than purchasing directly from HydroGear distributor (I didn't know there was so little difference in price at the time). When I saw "Made in China" on the filter cartridge, it gave me pause, I asked Morrison Power Products if these were OEM filters (original equipment manufacturer) because that is the impression one gets from the ad. The response I received was that they checked with the distributor and "Yes, they are OEM HydroGear filters." Something still bothered me about it so I ordered two from the HydroGear regional distributing company. They look pretty much the same, although the "Made in China" is a different color on the two...but they even smell the same...however the sealed bags were labeled very much differently. The HydroGear direct part had the company logo, part number on the bag while the cheaper ones had only a UPC label with the part number and SKU number was different for each source. I called HydroGear directly. They said they routinely source the filters from overseas, don't worry about them, they were probably OK....But?

Bought in the fall, waited till spring to change oils in HydroGear motors…. Just a little too long, unusable!
