I have purchased this product before from a different supplier. I bought this as back up due to Covid and worried I wouldn't find it when i needed it. I started using it in July and noticed it doesn't have the same consistency as previous bottles I've purchased. The conditioner doesn't have the same feel nor does it work as well on my hair. I would like to return it or get a credit but i don't see that option any longer when I searched for this past purchase and what my options would be.

The BEST conditioner you can buy. I have used hundreds in my lifetime and now this is the only one I use. Works great with the smoothing v=cream which smells fantastic and keeps your hair smooth and frizzy-free!

Best condioner ever

I was hopeful this product would help my dry flyaways and/or frizzies. I have tried using for about 3 or 4 weeks now and it has not helped. Note: I have not been blow drying my hair so it’s not a combined impact.
