This collagen comes well packaged and, per my subscription, on time. Not sure if it can be purchased cheaper elsewhere, but convenience is the way to go for me. Everyone is different, but the marine collagen is what I chose after researching easiest absorbed and most effective collagen. It does not upset my stomach.

I have purchased this marine collagen eleven times over the past several years and think it helps with the listed benefits. For most of the reviews that state it does not dissolve good, they may not be fixing the drink correctly. You must first put the powder in the cup, then add the hot liquid. It does not dissolve great in cold drinks, or you need to use a blender.
