Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (3rd Gen) USB Audio Interface plus Waves Musicians 2 Software Bundle

The media could not be loaded. Got this to connect 2 Shure SM7B microphones and record the audio through OBS. After installing the drivers on a 16-inch MacBook Pro (M2 Pro), it worked seamlessly, and I've had no issues so far. I prefer this over my Scarlett Solo, which only offers 1 microphone input. For the most part, this is solid in build quality and audio quality. Worth.

I am very pleased with this product. The build quality is solid and it delivers excellent sound quality, both vocal and guitar, with minimal noise.It connected seamlessly with my windows PC using Audacity.There is a massive BuT though when it comes to getting the bundled software - the process of installing it appears to have been devised by a devilish sadist, it involves creating more than one online account and installing a license and installation manager program before you get even a sniff of the software. It took hours of back and forth to finally get it working,As an IT expert I can truly say that this was the worst installation process I have ever experienced - not really worth the effort for the handfull

The sound quality improvements for my office set up alone are so worth it. I got this for the sole purpose of recording guitar riffs, but constantly use it to listen to music and play games with. The quality is unreal. Next up are the software bundles included, so many plugins to the free DAW that you can download. After adding up everything that I could download, I saved over $1000 dollars in free plugins. The usability is super easy and tons of YouTube videos make the unit super easy to use and optimize for your set up.

Before this interface, I had the focusrite solo and I would receive static feedback because of the cords that I was using from my speakers into the headphone Jack. I love the feel of this one much more! It’s smooth and I love that it has two TRS outputs on the back of it. The sound comes through clear and there is no feedback from the focusrite at all! I highly recommend purchasing.I haven’t tried out the plugins that came with it just yet but I will leave a remark after I install them

The clarity of this item is incredible. If it had one flaw, it is the signal level is quite low. You have to have just the right kind of mic to get good signal. I have tried two different mics with mine and still struggle to get it to give me good signal. In the end I put a pre-amp in front of it and it works great.The craftsmanship of this is excellent and it is really, really clear. I wish I would have gotten this a long time ago. I can't believe that we can get this kind of quality at this price. I would highly recommend this product.I called their customer service and they were very helpful as well. Good work guys!

Looks good, works great. You do have to have drivers for this to work. Was working weird with discord though.It lost a star because he has a hard time powering headphones. Using this as an All-in-One DAC/AMP, and XLR usb interface is not ideal. You might want to look for something else. If you need this as an XLR usb interface, then this is for you.If you are gaming, and are trying to youtube or twitch. Only get this for your XLR. It has a hard time trying to drive some of the harder to drive headphones. Evan AT mx50 it had a hard time getting loud enough. You will need a DAC/AMP like the GSX1000 or schiit stack to go with this for your headphones.Now for podcasting, voice overs, and music. The monitoring function is instant, there is virtually no delay. I have used some cheap stuff where it takes maybe a half a second to a second to hear yourself or the person you are there with causing you are the person with you to have awkward pauses. This virtually has no latency. Its amazing, and the controls for this are very simple. I have had 3 years of stage sound experience, I like it simple, but I can see people wanting way more control over their high and lows where this is not going to cut it.

Preamps are clean with lots of headroom. Very easy to use but if you are new to audio recording, there is a bunch of videos online on how to setup gain staging and i/o management. Lots of software and samples included in the bundle.If you are going to record a guitar with high output pickups, yo have to lower the gain almost to zero, so I recommend a DI box to help with that.
