I use the Henna powder together with the Indigo powder for coloring my hair. I decided to go all natural with products that I use for my body, and Henna is one of the product that I use. along with Indigo powder. This product is very it contains 9 other herbs to nourish your hair. It leaves my hair shinny after coloring my hair. I will buy it again.

I have been using this product for 10-15 years now and I just love the color and smoothness it gives afterwards. I soak it for 1-2 hr and mix it with the egg white before applying to my hair and keep it for 2 hours before washing off.

This is my first time using this product, but not first time with Henna. It turns my hair to orange/yellow after following the instruction to color my hair. You just never know how your hair reacts to different source of Henna. The other one I used before colored my hair beautiful red/burgundy but was too expensive so I though I'd switch.... well, lesson learned. Regardless, the product itself looked (greyish green) and smelled (usual herbal/leafy smell) fine and the shipping from the seller is super fast.

This isn't my first time using this henna. I love love love it. It claims to have additional herbs in conjunction with the henna. After mixing with coconut milk (canned), a little conditioner, and hot water, my hair comes out soft. Be warned that the hennaing process is very messy and if you do it over a sink without covering, you will have stained porcelain. It will eventually fade away but you can avoid this altogether by covering properly. I cut open a garbage bag and lay one on the sink and on the floor. You could use a towel or shirt but you'd probably want to use one you don't care about. Other than the fact I have to mix this prior to using and the mess, it's a fairly traditional deep conditioning process. I use this with heat and after cooling, rinse out in the shower with conditoner. You will not get all of the henna out in one wash. If you have, please let me know what magic you work. But you will get most of it out and that's enough for me. I've used another brand of henna before but I prefer this one, especially with canned coconut milk.

This henna is very fine sifted. When I mixed it with lukewarm water as the package directed, the texture was soft and slippery, maybe because one of the ingredients is aloe vera. It gave good dye release in about 2 hours, and was easier to apply than other kinds of henna I've used. I left it in my hair for 5 hours, and it rinsed out much more easily than other kinds of henna. It turned my grays a bright coppery red, added shine to my natural brunette color, and overall it added a silky texture and shine to all my hair. Sometimes henna feels like a chore, but this henna felt more like a beauty treatment.

The color of the henna pouder is more yellow than green, this is due to the product being expired. Consistancy after adding water is acceptable and appropriate. Leaves reddish tent after wash Pigment is more yellow than red
