I started seeing improvements in my acne prone skin immediately
This product surpassed my expectations. I had to say that I had my doubts but it saw improvement in my acne prone skin immediately. I mixed 1 teaspoon of the powder to 1 cup of water and used it as a toner at nights after washing my skin. Base on these results I look forward to it's continued use

I wanted to use them to make a topical solution for the hair but they did not benefit me

Too hard to tell if working as this use takes up to...
...a year and a half to see if my hair has grown back AND I've combined with several other ingredients. Hope is as pure as advertised.
